Hall of Fame
The 2015 McGill men's lacrosse squad will celebrate the 10th anniversary this fall of a perfect season en route to capturing the Canadian University Field Lacrosse Association championship. The tight-knit group posted an unblemished 15-0 record against league opponents and also took home the Harry Griffiths Trophy, awarded to the top McGill varsity team that competes outside of the U SPORTS jurisdiction. They were led by Team MVP Anders Bjella, who was named player of the game after registering a spectacular seven-goal performance as McGill defeated Western 15-11 in Lennoxville, Que., to capture the Baggataway Cup in the CUFLA gold medal game. It was the second national crown for the team, which previously won in 2012. It was a veteran team that featured 14 seniors, six juniors, six sophomores and eight freshmen.

Joining bench boss Tim Murdoch on the coaching staff was Nic Soubry and Simon Hudson. The support staff included Scott Bailey (strength & conditioning), Sean Steinwald (scouting), Simon Pelletier (treasurer), Zach Nickle (statistics) and Phé Racine (head therapist), along with student therapists Amy Pang, Marianne Cossette-Levasseur and Filip Myszak.
