MONTREAL -- Freshman Augustus Hill tallied a game-high 10 points as McGill defeated visiting Concordia by a convincing 27-6 score in RSEQ men's rugby at Percival Molson Stadium, Sunday.

McGill led from start to finish and extended their undefeated streak to three atop the RSEQ conference standings.

Hill, a six-foot, 175-pound exchange student from England who leads the Redmen in scoring with 25 points after three games, made two penalty kicks and added a pair of conversions. He scored eight of his points in the first half, staking McGill to a 13-3 lead at the intermission.

Three McGill players registered tries, including Rhys McRae-McKee, a senior flanker who was voted by the Concordia coaching staff as McGill's player of the game.

Other try scorers for the Redmen were Sayf Al-Omaishi , a sophomore from Markham, Ont., and Thomas Stokes, a fifth-year political science senior from Vancouver, B.C., who also converted his scoring major.

Moritz Wittmann accounted for all of the Stingers points with a pair of penalty kicks, which narrowed the gap to 13-3 and 20-6, respectively.

McGill, which improved to 3-0, will host the winless Pirhanas (0-3) from Ecole Technique Superiore at Molson Stadium on Sat., Oct. 3 at 3 p.m.

Concordia dropped to 1-2 in the league standings, travels to Sherbrooke (0-3) next Sunday.
