COTE ST. LUC, Que --
Camden Lawhead brought home the go-ahead run as McGill rallied for five runs in the sixth inning, en route to a 6-3 victory over visiting Ottawa at Trudeau Park on Saturday.
It was the ninth consecutive victory for the streaking Redmen.
Emerson Dohm singled to get on base in the sixth, then went from first to third on an RBI double by
Alex Levis, followed by an error, an RBI single by Dohm and Lawhead's game-winning hit.
Dohm was perfect at the dish, going 2-2. He singled in the second and sixth innings.
Henry Dennis pitched lights out for McGill as Ottawa managed just two hits off of Dennis, who allowed one earned run, walked two and struck out seven during his five innings of work.
Matthew Brown ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He lasted just 1.2 innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
Ottawa had taken an early 2-0 lead in the top of the second, when Marc-Antoine Girard singled, then Knights scored on an RBI single by Girard.
