McGill Athletics announces guidelines for attending home indoor varsity games

When attending an indoor varsity game for the 2021-22 season, all spectators are required to show proof of full vaccination, along with a valid photo I.D. prior to entering the venue. Fans visiting from outside of the province will be permitted to show a paper copy of their proof of vaccination and a valid photo I.D. Otherwise, all verifications will be done using the Quebec government's VaxiCode application.

Should a spectator arrive at a McGill Athletics venue and be unable to provide adequate proof of vaccination they unfortunately will not be granted access to the game, and their ticket will not be refunded.

Some additional important reminders can be found below:
  • The purchase of a ticket to a McGill Athletics contest provides general admission to the event, without an assigned seat. · As both tickets and proof of vaccination must be scanned at the entrance, fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid delays for entry. (Please note: doors open one hour prior to the beginning of the game)
  • Tickets for home games will go on sale Tuesday of the week before the event.
  • Procedural masks must be worn at all times while inside McGill Athletics' facilities, unless the spectator is eating or drinking.
  • All COVID-19 public health and McGill University protocols must be followed at all times. If you feel unwell, please stay home.
