SUDBURY, ONT – Montrealer
Katerina Stoupas pulled down a monster game-high 15 rebounds
and contributed six points as McGill defeated Wilfrid Laurier University 57-40 on Day 2 of the Laurentian Invitational women's basketball tournament, Saturday.

McGill, which had an overwhelming 54-34 edge in rebounding, led 18-6 after the opening quarter. But the Golden Hawks managed to regroup slightly and won the second stanza 17-15. The Martlets swept the third and fourth quarters, 16-10 and 8-7, respectively.
Kristy Awikeh, a native of Syria, and
