The University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's basketball team dropped a 76-62 decision to the McGill Redmen in pre-season action on Friday, October 20 in Montreal.
 
Rookie guard Evan Shadkami led the Blues with 12 points and three boards, while Daniel Johansson, Dillon Rejman and Christopher Barrett each had nine points on the night.
 
Nikola Paradina notched a team-high seven boards and four steals in the loss.
 
The Varsity Blues continue their Montreal road trip as they take on the UQAM Citadins tomorrow night (Oct. 21) at 7 p.m.
