Kaylah Barrett scored a game-high 24 points before leaving the game on crutches with an apparent ankle sprain as Concordia surprised No.7 ranked McGill 61-54 as the RSEQ women's basketball season wrapped up at the Concordia gymnasium, Saturday.

Mariam Sylla scored 15 points for the Martlets, who finished regular season play atop the RSEQ standings for the fourth straight year, with a 13-3 record, four points ahead of the second-place Stingers (11-5). Both teams will now turn their focus on the RSEQ Final Four championship tournament, a two-day event slated to begin Feb. 28 in Quebec City.
Concordia will meet third-place UQAM (10-6) in a sudden-death semifinal on Friday at 6 p.m., while McGill will take on fourth-place Laval (6-10) in an 8 p.m. tip-off. The winners advance to the league championship game on Saturday at 7 p.m.
