MONTREAL — The McGill Martlets and UQAM Citadins played to a 0–0 tie at Stade Saputo on Sunday.

Both teams battled hard through 90 minutes, with the best opportunity coming in the 44th minute when UQAM brought the ball back on a counter-attack and sent a shot sailing just wide of the McGill net.

Rookie midfielder Claudia Agozzino, a civil engineering student from St. Leonard, Que., was named McGill's player of the game, while Emilie Carrier took the honour for the Citadins.

McGill (4-6-4) will now look ahead to the postseason, as they gear up for their RSEQ semifinal match against the top-seeded Laval Rouge (13-1-0) et Or Friday at 6 p.m. in Quebec City.
