Three Redmen soccer players named as conference all-stars

Alexis Pradié was named to the RSEQ soccer first team all-stars, along with William Hoyle and Olivier Lacoste-Lebuis

MONTREAL -- Three members of the McGill Redmen soccer team have been named as conference all-stars in the Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec. Defender Alexis Pradie from Marseille (France), was named to the first team, along with William Hoyle of Ottawa and Olivier Lacoste-Lebuis of Montreal.

In his second and final year of an MBA program. the 25-year-old  Pradié earns all-conference honours for the second straight year. The six-foot, 175-pound centre-back scored once and was selected four times in nine games as McGill's player of the game by the opposing coach.

Hoyle, a 6-foot-3, 175-pound midfielder, had one assist in 10 games and was named Game MVP once. He is a 22-year-old mechanical enineering junior.

Lacoste-Lebuis, a 6-foot-3, 180-pound midfielder, was held off the scoresheet in 11 regular season contests. however, the 22-year-old pre-med freshman was named Game MVP a team-high five times.
