Biography

SECOND YEAR (2015-16): Regular Season Stats: In 16 GP, including one start, averaged 11.7 minutes, 5.1 points, and 1.6 rebounds per game; shot 40 per cent from the field (26/65), 39.1 from three-point range (18/46), and a perfect 100 percent from the free-throw line (12/12); and was credited with 12 assists and two steals.

FIRST YEAR (2014-15): Regular Season Stats: In 16 GP, averaged 9.7 minutes, 3.1 points, and 1.3 rebounds per game; shot 28.8 per cent from the field (15/52), 25 from three-point range (7/28), and 76.5 from the free-throw line (13/17); and was credited with nine assists and four steals.

PRIOR TO McGILL: Played three seasons in the NCAA with Wagner College.

Played for Coach Guillaume Giroux at the College of Montmorency in Laval, Quebec, Canada... As a senior, she helped lead Montmorency to a perfect 25-0 record en route the national and provincial championships... A versatile performer, she averaged 11 points and six rebounds per game during her junior season... Blais displayed an ability to score in the low post as well as on the perimeter and added further polish to her game by competing on the Montmorency Nomades Club Team.
