Louis-Philip Guindon returns for his third season in 2026-27 as the team's technical specialist in charge of goaltending. He earned a science degree from McGill in 2019 and completed a master's degree in exercise physiology in 2022. After graduating, Guindon played professional hockey in the AHL with Laval and the ECHL with Fort Wayne, Wheeling and Trois-Rivières.
With McGill, he was a two-time OUA all-star and twice won the OUA East Goaltender of the Year award. Guindon was also a two-time recipient of the Dr. Bobby Bell Memorial Bowl as team MVP and won the Molson Cup for most three-star selections in his senior year. In 124 games overall, he posted a 77-44 career record with 10 shutouts, a 2.27 goals-against average and a .924 save percentage.
