Jocelyn Perreault moved up from his role as lead assistant coach to take the reins as bench boss at McGill in August, 2026. .
A Hockey Canada-certified skills coach who played five years for McGill, Perreault served four seasons as a part-time assistant, including two under Martin Raymond while completing his law degree. He later returned in 2024 as an assistant for two seasons under head coach David Urquhart.
A partner at the law firm of McCarthy Tétrault, Perreault also coached at various minor hockey levels in the Montreal area.
During his five seasons as a feisty defensive forward at McGill, he was nicknamed "Tiger" for his relentless play on the ice. He missed only one game, appearing in 162 consecutive contests overall and recording 38 points, including 15 goals, while accumulating 205 penalty minutes.
