Biography

Vincent Dethier was a fifth-round selection (44th overall) by Saskatchewan in the 2020 CFL Draft. A native of Boisbriand, Que., he is a 5-foot-11, 191-pound defensive back that suited up in 31 of McGill’s 32 regular season contests over his four years.
 
A 24-year-old science senior, majoring in kinesiology, Dethier was credited with 104.5 career tackles, including 87 solos, 10 for loss and four quarterback sacks. He rounded out a solid university career with four interceptions, eight knockdowns, six fumble recoveries and two forced fumbles (both on blocked punts).
