Cullen Tennant

Cullen Tennant was appointed as full-time offensive coordinator of the McGill Redbirds in March, 2024. He served seven seasons in various roles on the Concordia University football coaching staff, from 2015 to 2022. He first joined Concordia as a video and analytics co-ordinator in 2015 while still a student in the John Molson School of Business. He moved into the role of quarterback coach in 2019. He developed two Concordia quarterbacks into conference MVPs, namely Adam Vance (2019) and Olivier Roy (2021). 

In 2022, Tennant was a guest coach at the Montreal Alouettes training camp as part of the CFL's professional development program. During his playing days, Tennant spent three years at Vanier College and won a Bol d'Or championship with the Cheetahs in 2012. He graduated in 2018 with a BCom, majoring in finance, with a minor in International Business. He began work on his MBA at Concordia in 2022. After wrapping up his playing career, he began coaching and was the offensive co-ordinator at Ecole Jean XXIII in Montreal for three seasons.
