Chris Clement, 37, from Barrie, Ont., joins the McGill staff in August, 2024. He served as an assistant coach (running backs) and recruiting coordinator at the U SPORTS level with both the Manitoba Bisons (2013-2015) and Windsor Lancers (2016). He also coached for two years at College de Chicoutimi in addition to two seasons as a special advisor to the offensive coordinator at Concordia (2022 & 2023).
A chemical engineering graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada, Clement spent nine years with the Air Force division of the Canadian Armed Forces. An industrial engineer with STI Maintenance in Montreal, he brings a strong football background in statistical analytics
