PRIOR TO McGILL:
- Led Champlain College (St. Lambert) to an undefeated 2008 season (10-0) and a collegiate AA Bol d'Or Championship. In 10 league games, he completed 191 of 331 passes for 2,455 yards and 20 TDs.

SENIOR YEAR AT McGILL (2012):
- invited to participate in Montreal Alouettes pre-training camp
JUNIOR YEAR AT McGILL (2011):
- was scratched for season opener but dressed for next eight games while recovering from his 2010 injury. Only saw action in two games, earning a relief appearance in Week 4 (a 12-4 loss at Laval) and another relief appearance in Week 5 (a 23-18 home loss to Bishop's).
SEASON STATS: completed 11 of 30 passes (36.7%) for 135 yards, 0 TD, 2 INT (LONGEST: 20)
SOPHOMORE YEAR AT McGILL (2010):
- in Week 1, a 50-9 loss at Laval (Sept. 5), he suffered a season-ending injury, with two torn ligaments (anterior cruciate and lateral collateral) in his left knee in addition to having a stretched nerve that resulted in numbness in his left foot. The injury occurred during a collision late in the third quarter with Laval's Arnaud Gascon-Nadon, a six-foot-three, 250-pound lineman, who landed full force on Collin's knee. Collin sat out the remainder of the season and was not charged with a year of eligibility.

FRESHMAN YEAR AT McGILL (2009):
- in Week 2 of his CIS career, at the age of 20.9, he became only the fifth true freshman ever to start at quarterback in McGill football history and the first one to do so since Josh Sommerfeldt in 1997. Collin started in the final seven games of the season.
