Martlets trio receive laureates as RSEQ hoops all-stars announced

MONTREAL – Three members of the McGill women's basketball team were among the laureates as the 2024-25 league honours were announced by the Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec. In a vote conducted by the league's five head coaches, Lily Rose Chatilah earned first-team all-star honours, while Emma-Jane Scotten made the second team and Erica Simeone received a berth on the all-rookie squad.

She ranked 12th among league leaders in field-goal shooting with a 37.9 per cent success rate (50/132). Scotten was seventh in assists per game (2.6), seventh in three-point shooting at 33.8 per cent (24/71), eighth in assists per turnover ratio (1.1) and14th in steals per game (1.3).
