Fredlyne Verrier, added 11 points for the Carabins.
Daniella Mbengo of Montreal was the only McGill player to reach double digits, finishing with 11 points. The 5-foot-6 social work freshman shot 5-for-10 from the field, including 1-for-3 from the arc, and added four rebounds, three assists and three steals.

MARTLET MURMURS: Former Martlets All-Canadian
Alex Kiss-Rusk -- in her sixth pro season since leading McGill to a national title in 2017 -- put on quite a show in Frankfurt during a quarter-final game at the German Cup tournament, Thursday. She registered game-highs in points (22), rebounds (11), assists (6), blocks (3) and efficiency (+31) while shooting 58 per cent from the field. All that despite playing with a facial mask after breaking her nose in a previous game.
