Maxime Chaput-Dupuy, football associate coach

Maxime Chaput-Dupuy

Maxime Chaput-Dupuy was appointed as defensive coordinator in 2024. A native of St. Hubert, Que., he played as a defensive back at McGill and graduated in 2016 with a degree in industrial relations, earning a spot on the Principal's Student-athlete Honour Roll.

He previously served as defensive coordinator at Champlain Regional College in Lennoxville, Que., from 2019 to 2023, including a Bol d'Or championship season in 2019. He also helped guide Football Quebec's under-16 development program to the Eastern Canadian title in 2022. Prior to that, he spent three years in France as defensive coordinator of the Black Panthers in Thenon-Les-Bains, a Division 1 team that won the European Football League championship (2017) and the French national title (2019). In addition, he coached for three years at La Frontalière High School in Coaticook, Que.
 
A minor football product of the St. Hubert Rebels (2001-2008), he moved on to play as a defensive back Champlain College at Lennoxville (2009-2011), then at McGill (2012-2014) and also at the  junior level for the South Shore Bruizers (2015-2016).
