Camille Charbonneau is returning as the Redmen rugby's Mental Skills Coach for the second year in a row. She is the founder and lead Mental Performance Consultant at Peak Perform. Camille obtained her Master degree in 2015 in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa where she studied Intervention and Consultation in sport, physical activity and health. She completed her undergraduate degree in 2013 at McGill University in Physical and Health Education, and was taught by some of the leading consultants in the world of sport and performance psychology.
Camille has worked with musicians, athletes, coaches, children, and business leaders. Her experience as a rugby athlete, educator, and personal trainer, make her a consultant with a wide variety of skills that can successfully enhance people's performance and increase their wellness emotionally, mentally, and physically.
