Biography

- Sasha Lagarde’s fraternal twin brother André also plays on the team as a pitcher/outfielder
- Has helped six different teams to win major championships, including McGill University Redmen (CCBA, 2016), Trois-Rivieres Aigles (Can-Am League, 2015), Mercer University Bears (NCAA, Atlantic Sun Conference, 2013), Chipola College Indians (NJCAA, 2011), LaSalle Cardinals (QJEBL President's Cup, 2009), Lac St. Louis (Canadian championship with Team Quebec, Canada Games, 2009).
- The 2017 Redmen are led on offence by Sasha Lagarde, who had two home runs, 27 RBIs and 14 stolen bases during the regular season (prior to Nationals).
